Shipping Policy

Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days after they are placed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can track your package. With the exception of light poles which have shipping times of 6-8 weeks.

Please note that delivery times may be longer than usual due to COVID-19 related delays or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these challenging times.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to correct the address and reship the order at your expense. If you do not respond within [5days], we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product(s), minus shipping fees.
